Objective:

-To implement claims administration procedures in accordance with ALIG standards, protocols, systems and procedures, and to ensure efficient operational communication between all parties involved.

Job Requirements:

-Ensure that all the right documents are collected from the client and follow up/demand the missing files.
-Study and analyze the claims according to predefined limits of authority.
-Monitor and follow up on each case.
-Investigate potential fraud claims that will harm the company.
-Identify why full payments may not be made and elaborate to the client.
-Set up and maintain claims operating reports to monitor performance and to provide information in order to measure performance against operational plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Insurance, or Actuarial.
-Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
-Previous experience in an insurance company is highly preferable.
-Exposure to computer-based systems and the use of spreadsheets.
-Good communication skills
-verbal and written.
-Fluent in Arabic, English & French language skills.

Objective:

-To assess and manage insurance risks by evaluating applications, determining appropriate coverage terms and premium rates, and ensuring underwriting decisions align with company policies while supporting profitable portfolio growth.

Job Requirements:

- Review and evaluate insurance applications to assess risk exposure and eligibility.
- Determine appropriate coverage terms, conditions, and premium rates in line with company policies.
- Analyze client information, financial data, and risk factors to support underwriting decisions.
- Assist in developing and updating underwriting guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and claims teams to address risk-related matters and ensure proper policy issuance.
- To handle all policyholders’ enquiries and to promptly administer their requirements whilst ensuring all transactions are permissible within the terms and conditions of their cover.
- Maintain accurate underwriting records and documentation.
