Terms and Conditions of Use
Introduction
Welcome to the ALIG App, an AI-powered insurance application owned and operated by Arab Lebanese Insurance Group S.A.L. (ALIG). By accessing or using the ALIG App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the App and all services and content provided through it. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
Separate Privacy Policy: Please note that ALIG's Privacy Policy is provided as a separate document, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy as well.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction
- Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years old (and legally capable of entering into binding contracts) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or purchase any services through the App.
- Location of Use: The App and insurance services are intended for individuals who are residents of, or present in, the Lebanese Republic. Unless otherwise specified, products and services described in this App are available only to Lebanese residents. The information and materials provided through the App are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to local law or regulation. If you choose to access the App from outside Lebanon, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
- Void Where Prohibited: Any access to or use of the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations is unauthorized and at your own risk. Services are void where prohibited by law or where we are not licensed to provide them. In particular, ALIG will not provide services or insurance coverage in any sanctioned or blacklisted territories if prohibited by Lebanese law or international regulations.
Regulatory Compliance and Licensing
ALIG is a licensed insurance company in Lebanon, operating in compliance with Lebanese insurance laws and regulations. We are authorized and supervised by the Insurance Control Commission (ICC) at the Ministry of Economy and Trade. All insurance activities and contracts in Lebanon are governed by the Law Regulating Insurance Companies (Decree No. 9812 of May 4, 1968) and the relevant provisions of the Code of Obligations and Contracts. Under Lebanese law, insurance of funds, properties, or risks located in Lebanon can only be provided by duly licensed insurance companies. ALIG confirms that it is duly licensed to operate as an insurer in Lebanon, and our operations are subject to the ICC's supervision and oversight for the protection of policyholders and compliance with market conduct standards.
Licensing Disclosure: In accordance with Article 53 of the Insurance Regulatory Law, ALIG clearly states that it is governed by the provisions of the Law Regulating Insurance Companies. All official documents, policies, and advertisements issued by ALIG include our registration details as required. (For example, ALIG's registration number in the insurance companies' register and date of license may be provided on our official communications, as mandated by law.)
Note: The insurance policies issued by ALIG are separate contracts that will have their own terms and conditions. Those policy terms are provided in compliance with Lebanese law, which may require that general conditions of insurance contracts be in Arabic or accompanied by an Arabic translation. These App Terms govern your use of the App and do not replace or supersede any insurance policy documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of an insurance policy you purchase, the policy terms (as approved by regulators and provided to you) will prevail.
Description of Services and AI Assistant
ALIG App Services
The App provides a digital platform for users to learn about and purchase various insurance products offered by ALIG, including but not limited to health, motor, property, travel, life, and other insurance lines. Through the App, you may obtain information on coverage options, request insurance quotations, apply for policies, manage your insurance contracts, and initiate claims or service requests. The App may also send you important notifications such as policy updates, renewal reminders, or claims status alerts.
AI Avatar Assistant
A key feature of the App is an AI-powered Avatar Assistant that interacts with users in a conversational manner. This virtual assistant is designed to simulate human-like interaction and help answer questions or guide you through insurance processes. It can assist with:
- Providing information about ALIG's insurance products, coverage details, and services;
- Guiding you through the quotation process by collecting necessary information for a quote;
- Answering frequently asked questions and general inquiries related to insurance or the App; and
- Offering support in navigating the App's features.
While the AI Assistant leverages advanced algorithms and real-time data to provide helpful responses, it is not a live human agent and has inherent limitations. The AI Assistant does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and its responses are based on programmed knowledge and available data. For complex or personalized matters, or if the AI Assistant is unable to assist with your query, the App will refer you to a human representative or prompt you to contact ALIG's customer service.
AI Limitations
All information provided by the AI Assistant is for general informational purposes. No advice or decision should be made based solely on the AI's responses. ALIG does not guarantee that answers given by the AI Assistant are complete, up-to-date, or error-free in every instance. The AI may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information, and you should verify critical information with a human ALIG agent or through official policy documents. The AI Assistant cannot replace professional judgment or consultation — for example, it cannot tell you definitively which insurance coverage is best for your personal needs or interpret policy terms for your specific situation. You remain responsible for reviewing all policy terms and making insurance decisions that are appropriate for you, potentially with advice from qualified professionals if needed.
While the AI Assistant facilitates automated processes, ALIG shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations generated by the AI system. Users remain responsible for verifying all outputs and should not rely solely on automated responses when making insurance or financial decisions.
Quotations and Applications
Non-Binding Quotations
Any insurance premium quotes or coverage indications provided through the App (whether via the AI Assistant or through online forms) are preliminary and non-binding. These quotes are provided for your convenience to give you an estimate of the premium and key terms based on the information you supplied. Quotes do not constitute a contract, offer, or guarantee of insurance coverage. All quotations are subject to further review, underwriting, and approval by ALIG's authorized personnel or automated underwriting systems. We reserve the right to reject or adjust a quote upon reviewing the full application details, supporting documents, or if errors/inconsistencies are found in the information provided. Quotes generated automatically by the AI Assistant are indicative only and do not by themselves create or bind coverage unless and until ALIG confirms issuance in accordance with the process described below.
Application Process
Submission of information through the App (for example, filling out proposal forms, answering underwriting questions, or using the "Buy" option after a quote) constitutes an application for insurance but does not mean your coverage is in effect. Your application will be reviewed by ALIG. The insurance contract between you and ALIG is only formed when: (a) ALIG confirms acceptance of your application and issues a policy or a Certificate of Insurance; and (b) you have paid the required premium (or first installment) in full as directed. Until both of these steps are completed, no insurance policy exists and ALIG has no obligation to provide coverage, even if a quote was given. We will notify you through the App or via email when your application is approved or if additional steps are needed.
Underwriting and Validation
ALIG may require additional information or documentation after you submit an application (for example, a copy of your ID, a medical exam for life/health insurance, a vehicle inspection for motor insurance, etc.). All applications are subject to underwriting rules and criteria set by ALIG and applicable regulations. ALIG reserves the right to refuse any application or offer coverage on different terms (such as a higher premium or special exclusions) based on underwriting assessment. Any such changes will be communicated to you for acceptance before policy issuance.
Policy Issuance
Once your application is approved and premium payment is confirmed, ALIG will issue your policy documents. These may be delivered electronically through the App or to your registered email (see Electronic Communications below). The date of coverage inception and all terms of coverage will be stated in the policy. Please carefully review your policy schedule, terms, and conditions upon issuance and contact us immediately if you believe there are any errors or discrepancies.
No Automatic Cover
Using the App to request a quote or submit an application does not automatically bind coverage. Do not assume you have insurance coverage until you have received explicit confirmation from ALIG. If you have an urgent need for immediate cover (for example, insurance required by law to drive a new car off the lot), please follow up with our customer service to confirm binding or to obtain a temporary cover note if available.
Payments and Fees
Premium Payments
The App may allow you to pay insurance premiums or related fees online for your convenience. Accepted payment methods (such as credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment services) will be indicated in the App. All payments made through the App are processed via reputable third-party payment gateways or service providers. When you make a payment through the App, the payment details you provide (card number, etc.) are transmitted securely to the payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We implement encryption and secure protocols to protect your payment data during transmission. You, as the cardholder or account holder, should retain a record of your transaction and payment confirmation for your records.
Currency and Charges
Unless otherwise stated, all premium amounts and fees are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) or in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) as per local regulatory allowances and market practice. The currency applicable to your policy will be indicated at the time of purchase. In case of LBP payments, note that due to local financial conditions, exchange rates or payment modalities may apply as per Central Bank directives. We will be transparent about the total amount you need to pay before you complete the transaction. Any additional charges (e.g., service fees, taxes, stamp duties) will be disclosed. ALIG is not responsible for any exchange rate fees or international transaction fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
Payment Confirmation
After you complete a payment, you should receive a confirmation (on-screen and/or via email) that your payment was successful. If you do not receive confirmation or if you experience an error during payment, do not attempt to retry without checking whether the transaction may have gone through, to avoid duplicate payments. You can contact ALIG or your bank for clarification if unsure. Policies paid online will only be issued once payment is successfully received by us. If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g., due to insufficient funds or a chargeback), ALIG reserves the right to suspend or cancel the corresponding insurance policy unless you promptly provide an alternative payment.
Third-Party Payment Providers
By making an online payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment provider as well. ALIG disclaims liability for any issues attributable to the payment provider's services, but we will reasonably assist in resolving payment-related issues within our control. We do not have access to your full financial information (such as full card numbers or bank account details) through these payment processes, aside from what is needed to confirm the transaction.
No Storage of Card Data
ALIG does not store your credit card or debit card details on the App or our servers after the transaction is processed. For any recurring payments (e.g., installment plans or renewals, if offered), we will either ask you to re-enter payment details or use tokenized references provided by our payment gateway in compliance with security standards.
Refunds and Cancellations
In the event that you cancel a policy or are due a premium refund (according to the policy terms or applicable law), any refund for payments originally made through the App will typically be processed via the same payment method to the same account or card used. Refunds may take a certain number of business days to be reflected, depending on the payment provider's procedures. Specific refund and cancellation terms will be governed by the insurance policy contract and relevant law (for example, some policies may allow a "cooling-off" period for cancellation). Please refer to your policy documents or contact us for details on cancellations and refunds.
User Responsibilities and Obligations
By using the ALIG App, you agree to the following commitments as a condition of your use:
- Truthful Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information whenever you input data into the App, whether it's for getting a quote, registering an account, filing a claim, or any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that no required information is omitted or misrepresented. This includes details about the insured item or person (for example, your age, health history, vehicle details, property information, past claims, etc.) as requested in forms or by the AI Assistant. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information can have serious consequences: it may lead to adjustment of your quote, rejection of your application, cancellation of your policy, or denial of a claim. Insurance contracts are based on the principle of utmost good faith, and failure to disclose or misrepresentation of material facts can render your coverage void or invalid.
- No Fraud or Unlawful Use: You agree not to use the App for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes. This means you will not deliberately input false claim reports, pretend to be someone you are not, use stolen payment information, or engage in any activity that would constitute fraud against ALIG or any other party. You also shall not use the App to conduct any unlawful activities, such as money laundering, financing illegal operations, or any activity that violates Lebanese law or regulations. ALIG reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any user suspected of fraudulent conduct or illegal use of the App, which may include reporting to law enforcement and the Insurance Control Commission. ALIG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App and pursue legal action for any misuse of AI systems, including manipulation of quotes, fraudulent identity inputs, or attempts to reverse-engineer or bypass underwriting logic.
- Account Security: If the App requires you to create an account or log in to access certain features (such as viewing policy details or purchasing a policy), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or PIN with anyone. You must notify ALIG immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a breach of security. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it periodically. ALIG will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
- Compliance with App Rules: You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the App or circumvent any security measures. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Deploying any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components that could damage the App or users' devices.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, server, or databases (e.g. hacking, password mining).
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect information from the App without our express permission.
- Performing any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the App's software, or attempting to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent allowed by law (and then only after giving us prior written notice).
- Respect for Intellectual Property: You will respect all intellectual property rights in the App (see Intellectual Property section below). You will not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App or its content, except as expressly permitted by us.
- Updating Your Information: You agree to promptly update any personal or insurance-related information in the App when it changes. For example, if you move addresses, change your phone number, sell an insured vehicle, or experience a change in health status that is relevant to an insurance policy, you should update this information through the App or by notifying ALIG as required by your policy conditions. Keeping information up to date is part of your duty to mitigate risk and ensure smooth communication.
- Responsible Use: You will use the information obtained from the App for your personal (or your organization's) insurance needs only. You will not misuse the information or features of the App for competitive analysis, or in any manner that could harm ALIG's business interests. You must not use the App in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or that could interfere with any other party's use of the App.
By adhering to these responsibilities, you help us maintain a secure and trustworthy platform. If you breach any of the above obligations, ALIG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App (see Termination section), and you may also be held liable for any losses or legal consequences arising from your breach. You agree to indemnify ALIG for any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or any unlawful use of the App.
Accessibility Commitment
To the best possible extent, ALIG is committed to making its App and AI-powered services inclusive and accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with Lebanese Law No. 220/2000 on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. We strive to ensure that both the user interface (UI) and AI Avatar Assistant meet recognized accessibility standards and accommodate a range of assistive technologies and user preferences.
AI Voice Assistant and Interface Accessibility
We have implemented the following features to support diverse user needs:
- Real-Time Captions: Voice-based interactions can be supplemented with live captions or transcripts. These can be enabled or disabled in App settings.
- Accessible UI Elements: Buttons, icons, and navigation components include descriptive alt text to support screen readers.
- Customizable Text and Contrast: Users may adjust text size and color contrast through device settings or within the App. The App design adheres to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for visual accessibility.
Electronic Communications and Records
By using the ALIG App, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. This includes:
- Policy Documents & Notices: We may provide insurance documents such as policy schedules, terms and conditions, certificates, endorsements, renewal notices, and any legally required notices (e.g. notice of cancellation or changes in terms) to you electronically, either via the App (in-app document center or download link) or via email to the address you provided. These electronic documents are considered "in writing" and delivered to you on the date we transmit them or notify you of their availability. They carry the same legal effect as paper documents. This approach is in line with Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions, which recognizes the validity of electronic records and signatures in contractual relationships.
- Service Updates: You agree that we may send you service-related communications electronically, such as confirmations of transactions (e.g., payment receipts), App updates, security alerts, or support communications. We may also send you informational messages about how to use the App or new features.
- Marketing & Promotional Communications: We will separately seek your consent if we intend to send you marketing emails or notifications (for example, newsletters, special offers, or product recommendations). Such communications will include an option to opt-out or unsubscribe as required by law. Your use of the App will not be conditioned on consenting to marketing messages — you can use the core services even if you decline or later withdraw from promotional communications.
- Consent Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic communications and request paper copies of documents at any time. You may do so by contacting ALIG customer support (using the contact information provided in the Contact Us section of these Terms). If you withdraw consent, we will clarify which communications will revert to paper form. Note that withdrawing consent for electronic records might slow down certain communications (due to postal delivery) and in some cases we may charge a reasonable administrative fee for providing physical documents, where permissible. Also, certain features of the App that rely on electronic communications might become unavailable to you if you opt-out (for example, you might not receive real-time policy updates or be able to download your policy instantly).
- Accuracy of Contact Information: It is your responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address and other contact details in your profile. If you fail to keep your contact information updated, you may not receive important notices or documents. ALIG is not liable for any consequence of communications not received due to outdated or incorrect contact details provided by you.
- Records Retention: We encourage you to save or print copies of important electronic communications for your records (such as saving PDFs of your policies and receipts). We maintain electronic records of transactions and policies as required by law and for our business needs, but we do not guarantee to retain all documents indefinitely in a format accessible to you. For long-term safekeeping, please archive your own copies.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you can access information electronically (via the App and email), and that you have the necessary hardware and software to view PDF documents, read emails, and access the internet. If you cannot meet these requirements, do not agree to electronic communications and contact us for alternative arrangements.
Third-Party Services and Links
The ALIG App may incorporate or link to certain third-party services to function effectively. Examples include: payment gateway providers (for processing your premium payments), mapping or location services (for locating nearby hospitals or garages), or integration with third-party platforms (such as a credit bureau or government database for verifying information). Additionally, the App or our website may contain links to external websites or resources that are provided for your information (for instance, a link to the Association of Insurance Companies in Lebanon (ACAL) website, or a link to health service providers, etc.).
Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Any third-party services, content, or links accessible via our App are provided for your convenience, but we do not own or control those third parties. For example, if the App redirects you to a payment processor's interface to complete a premium payment, your interaction is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ALIG's. We make no warranties or representations about third-party services or websites, and we disclaim all liability for any content, accuracy, legality, or functions of such external resources. A link or integration does not imply endorsement by ALIG of the third-party, nor any partnership beyond what is disclosed.
Certain App features rely on third-party APIs (such as OCR, facial recognition, or payment verification). While these integrations are vetted, ALIG cannot be held responsible for errors or breaches that originate from external API providers.
No Liability for Third-Party Acts
ALIG shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of third-party services or websites, including but not limited to: data breaches or losses at the third-party, service outages on their end, inaccuracies in information provided by third parties, or any malware or harms encountered by visiting external links. If you choose to access a third-party site or service, you do so at your own risk.
Third-Party Terms
You acknowledge that when you use third-party services (for example, making a payment or using a chat service integrated in the App), you are also accepting the third party's terms and conditions. For instance, if our App uses Google Maps API for location-based features, using that feature binds you to Google's terms of service. We will try to alert you when a third-party term is especially relevant (such as presenting the payment gateway's terms or a license agreement), but generally you should review the terms and privacy policies of any external services you access.
Integration and Data Sharing
If the App shares any information with a third-party service as part of its functionality (for example, sending your policy details to a partner service you opted into), we will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We will not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter a broken link or something suspicious in a third-party link through our App, we appreciate being notified so we can investigate or remove the link. However, we may not always control how third-party content changes over time.
In summary, use of any third-party services or external links is at your own discretion and subject to their rules, not ours. We provide no guarantee and assume no responsibility for those external elements.
Data Privacy and Security
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We collect, process, and store personal information through the App in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Lebanese data protection laws (including Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data for relevant provisions). By using the App and providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Key Data Practices:
- We will only collect data that is necessary for providing our services (e.g., details needed to generate an insurance quote or to service a policy) or as required by law. The types of personal data we may collect include identification information, contact details, demographic data, and insurance-specific information (such as health details for medical insurance, or vehicle details for motor insurance).
- Use of Data: Your data will be used for purposes such as generating quotations, underwriting and issuing policies, improving the AI assistant's performance, personalizing your user experience, communicating with you about your insurance, and fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, anti-money laundering checks or regulatory reporting). We may also use anonymized or aggregated data for analytical and research purposes to improve our products and services.
- Privacy Policy Reference: For full details on what data we collect and how we use it, please refer to the ALIG Privacy Policy (available through the App or our website). That document also explains your rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access or correct your data, and how to contact us with privacy questions or requests.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in certain circumstances, such as:
- With our own employees, agents, and representatives who need the information to process your requests (on a need-to-know basis, and under confidentiality obligations).
- With third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as IT providers, cloud storage, payment processors, or claims investigators — and only for the purpose of assisting in our operations, under strict data security requirements.
- With reinsurers or co-insurers, if needed, as part of risk management (your data may be included in reports to reinsurers, but this is typically on a de-identified basis except where personal detail is needed for a specific large claim or case).
- With regulatory and governmental authorities if required by law (for example, providing information to the Insurance Control Commission, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, or pursuant to a court order or legal investigation).
- With your explicit consent, we might share data with partners or brokers you have engaged. For example, if you were referred to ALIG by an insurance broker or an affiliate program, we might confirm to that third party that a policy was issued in your name for commission or record purposes, but we will not share unnecessary details without your consent.
Security Measures
We employ reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include technical safeguards (such as encryption of data in transit via SSL/TLS, encryption of sensitive data at rest, firewalls, secure servers) and organizational safeguards (such as employee training on data privacy, access controls such that only necessary personnel can access your information, and data protection policies). While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
Data Breach Notifications
In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises the security of your personal data, ALIG will comply with applicable Lebanese laws regarding breach notification. We will notify affected users and relevant authorities (such as the ICC or other supervisory bodies) as required, without undue delay, and take steps to mitigate the impact.
User Responsibilities for Privacy
You also have a role in keeping your data safe. For instance, keep your login credentials confidential, be cautious about sharing personal details in the App's chat beyond what is needed, and log out of the App if using a shared device. If you become aware of any security vulnerability or suspect that your data may have been compromised (e.g., if you lose your phone with the App logged in), please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate measures.
For more detailed information on privacy and data protection, please read our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the ALIG App, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, software code, design/layout, audiovisual content, and the AI Avatar character, are the intellectual property of ALIG or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. ALIG retains all rights, title, and interest in the App and its content.
Usage License
ALIG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for the purpose of obtaining our services (e.g., getting quotes, managing your policies) for your personal or internal business use. This license does not allow you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content except as explicitly permitted by ALIG in writing. Any rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by ALIG.
Prohibited Actions
Without prior written consent from ALIG, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the App (or any of its content) in whole or in part, except for caching or as necessary to use the App for its intended purpose. For instance, you may print or save copies of your own policy documents or quote results for personal use, but you may not mass-download or scrape content from the App.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App or any content therein.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the App, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by law notwithstanding this restriction (and then only after providing notice to ALIG).
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings on the App content.
- Use any of ALIG's trademarks, logos, or brand names without our explicit permission. This means you cannot use ALIG's name or logo in metatags, search keywords, or hidden text to advertise or imply an association that is not authorized.
- Frame or mirror any part of the App on any other website or application, or incorporate any portion of the App into another product or service, without our prior consent.
- Use automated tools or bots to access or use the App, or to extract data (screen-scraping, data-mining, etc.), which can infringe on our intellectual property and interfere with service.
Trademarks

User Content
To the extent the App allows you to input or upload any content (for example, if you can upload documents, or if you communicate with us through chat or feedback forms), you represent that you have the right to share that content and you grant ALIG a license to use it for the purposes of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of any data or documents you provide; however, by providing content, you give us permission to use, store, and process it as needed to deliver our services (for instance, using the data in an insurance application to underwrite a policy).
